Your journey to Cabo

Your road to Cabo

All four rewards, in order. Points are cumulative — every point you earn counts toward every level.

Airfare rewards: you book your own flights and LifeWave reimburses up to $650 per person earned. Send receipts to events@lifewave.com — reimbursement comes 30 days after the trip period closes.

    Your pace

You can go back and fix any past week, any time — tap Weeks below.

    Weekly summaries

Your private prospect list — only you can see it. When someone enrolls, tap They enrolled on their card and their kit points are added to your week for you.

    How to use this tracker

    1. Add points: tap Weeks, pick the week, set your paid-as rank, then add each customer, enrollment, upgrade, and rank advance you earned.
    2. Fix a past week: open the week picker at the top of the Weeks screen and choose any of the 18 weeks — nothing is ever locked.
    3. Watch your goal: the Home screen always shows your total, your points this week, the days left, and your next reward with exactly how many points you still need.
    4. Plan your people: keep prospects under People. When one enrolls, tap “They enrolled” and pick their kit — the points land in that week automatically.
    5. Names on or off: open My Setup on the bottom bar and pick “Yes, use names” or “No names.” Switching never deletes names you already typed.
    6. Change your setup: your name, ranks, and the names choice all live in My Setup — tap it on the bottom bar any time. Nothing you change there erases points or entries.

Good to know — the official rules

    • Qualification period: Monday, October 19, 2026 – Sunday, February 21, 2027 (18 weeks). No points count after February 21, 2027.
    • Rewards: 75 points = $500 Gift of Choice · 100 = Cabo Stay for Two · 125 = Stay for Two + Airfare for One · 150 = Stay for Two + Airfare for Two.
    • Rank advance points (yours and your sponsored Brand Partners') require the new rank to be achieved and maintained for a total of 5 weeks during the qualification period.
    • Maintenance points count for a week only when your paid-as rank that week is at or above your starting Career Title: 1 point per week for Manager and Director Career Titles, 2 points per week for Executive and Presidential Career Titles.
    • Returns: if an order is returned or an enrollment is cancelled, the points for it are taken back — delete that entry here so your tracker stays honest.
    • Flights: book your own and get reimbursed up to $650 per person earned, 30 days after the trip period closes. Email receipts to events@lifewave.com.
    • Your entries live only on this device, in this browser. If you clear your browser data or switch phones, start fresh — your LifeWave Back Office record is always the official one.

Rank advances — the 5-week rule

Rank advance points (yours and your sponsored Brand Partners') don't count the week they are earned. They count once the weeks paid at that rank or higher add up to 5 during the qualification period. The weeks don't have to be in a row, weeks at a higher rank count toward every rank below it, and dropping back later doesn't take away a rank whose 5 weeks are already banked.

Example: you climb to 2-Star Director, then fall back to 1-Star Director and stay there. Every week from your climb onward counts toward 1-Star Director, so once those weeks reach 5, the 1-Star Director points are yours. The 2-Star Director points count only if the weeks you were actually paid at 2-Star Director (or higher) reach 5.

    • Your own advances are counted for you automatically, from the paid-as rank you enter each week. An advance shows “Pending — X of 5 weeks” until it reaches 5, then flips to “Counted ✓” and its points join your total on their own.
    • Sponsored Brand Partner advances: the tracker can't see their weekly rank, so each sponsored advance has its own counter on its entry — tap + each week they hold that rank or higher. Points count when the counter reaches 5.
    • Advances added before this counter existed: your own advances picked up their counters automatically. Sponsored advances start at 0 weeks — open the week you added each one and tap + to add the weeks they have held so far.

    My info & setup

Your name, Brand Partner ID, Career Title, paid-as rank, and the names on/off choice all live in My Setup — change them any time; your points and entries stay put.

Unofficial THIS IS IT Team tracker, built to help you follow your progress. Your LifeWave Back Office is the official record of points and qualification — if the two ever disagree, the Back Office wins.

    My Setup

Your name, your ranks, and whether your entries use names. Change anything here, any time — then tap Save My Setup.

Changing your Career Title or paid-as rank never rewrites weeks you already entered — maintenance points already counted stay counted, and your new title applies from here on.
